HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ONDULANDO CLUB?
CERTIFICATE MEMBER:
Certificate members are defined as any residential owner in the Ondulando tract of Ventura. You know you live in the tract if you access your residence from Colina Vista or Via Plaza off Foothill Road. Proof of ownership and reference required.

SOCIAL MEMBER:
Those who live in Ventura and outside the Ondulando tract are considered social members. All prospective social members must be recommended (via their application) by a certificate member. At this time, social membership is at capacity and the current waitlist is quite long so we are not currently accepting applications for the social member waitlist.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Memberships are active only when payment is received in full.
Membership covers all family members residing in your household. Additional daily guest fees apply to invited extended family and invited guests. Refer to rules regarding limits on guests.
THE BOTTOM LINE (DUES)

CERTIFICATE MEMBERSHIP:
Initiation Fee (one time non-refundable) $500.00
Quarterly Fee $180.00, paid at the start of the quarter.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:
Initiation Fee (one time non-refundable) $600.00
Quarterly Fee $225.00, paid at the start of the quarter.

GUEST FEES:
$3.00 per guest / per visit - Added to the next quarterly billing statement.

PARTY RENTAL:
Members may rent the pool and bbq area for private parties. Additional fees and restrictions apply. Refer to our party reservation page.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?​
Should you ever wish to cancel your membership, all dues and fees must be current and a written notifice of your intent to cancel your membership along with your key fob(s) must be submitted to The Ondulando Club membership Director.
