The clubhouse and other club facilities may be reserved by members for private parties. Only the clubhouse may be reserved for exclusive party use. A “private party” is a gathering of a member family with more than 8 guests. Guests may not be signed in under multiple memberships in order to avoid the party fee. The total number of persons at a party (members + guests) may not exceed 50.

Party Date/Time Restrictions:

• The day before and weekend after the first and last days of the Ventura Unified school year

  Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, including Friday​

• Peak hours of 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturdays and holidays *Unless with Board approval*

• Only one party will be scheduled per day *Unless with Board approval*
