Reservation Priority: Reservations at the club are on a first-come, first-serve basis. To request your date please contact the reservations coordinator at parties@ondulandoclub.org. Your reservation will be confirmed once checks and application have been received. Parties requested for outside regular party hours must be approved by the Ondulando Board. Parties must be reserved at least one week in advance.

Payment: Please enclose two checks with your application payable to The Ondulando Club; 1) the amount
listed as “Total Due,” and 2) the refundable deposit.

Party Hours: No parties may be reserved between peak hours of 11am - 5pm on Saturdays and holidays,
(excluding Clubhouse Saturday rentals 10am - 1pm). No parties on Sundays with the exception of clubhouse
parties Sundays 9-1. Parties must end one hour prior to closing. Parties cannot be scheduled the week prior to or the week after the first and last days of the Ventura Unified School District school year. No parties can be scheduled during VUSD Spring Break and Fall Break, and/or the weekends surrounding. No parties on
Memorial Day or Labor Day Weekend (including Friday). Other major holidays may not be available due to staffing. 

Other Party Restrictions: No glassware, excluding serving bottles. No confetti, glitter, tape or piñatas.
Absolutely no buyouts of all club party areas.

 

Cleanup/Departure: The reserving member is responsible for cleaning up after the party. If the facilities are
left in the same condition as it was at the start of the party, and the club grounds are vacated at the designated closing time, your deposit will be returned. Failure to do this will result in loss of cleaning deposit. 

Security: Onsite security may be required at the expense of the reserving member at the Board’s discretion. Additionally, if at any time police are notified of any unruly behavior, excessive noise, vandalism, underage drinking, drinking outside the designated areas, use of controlled substances or any other violation of Ondulando Club Rules and Regulations, a penalty will be assessed and membership will be suspended or revoked.

Waiver: I waive all legal claims against the Ondulando Club, Inc. for any injury or damage that my family, my guests, and I might incur during or as a result of our participation in the above event at the Ondulando Club Inc. My family, my guests, and I will abide by all Ondulando Club Rules & Regulations.
